Construction Office services are provided to the Borough of Stockton through a Shared Services Agreement with Delaware Township Construction Office.

All work for desired inspection(s) must be completed prior to scheduling.

Inspection requests can be scheduled through the SDL Portal:
You must set up an account (free) in the SDL Portal in order to schedule the inspection (https://www.sdlportal.com/). Once the account is set up, choose STOCKTON as the town. This is the preferred method for scheduling inspections. Setting up an account also provides other information regarding your permit.

Inspection requests can be emailed:
You may email construction@delawaretwpnj.org with the required information – Name, Phone Number, Permit Number, Block, Lot, Location, Inspection Requested (type of inspection), Availability (date of desired inspection). You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the inspection has been scheduled.

Inspection requests can be filled out on an Inspection Notice request form:
You may fill out an Inspection Notice request form (available under Forms & Documents on the Delaware Township website). You need to have the required information (see above). You will receive a confirmation call once the inspection has been scheduled.
