2026 – Important Announcements:

Past Due – Dog and Cat License  Due each February (paper copies available at Borough Hall)    * Rabies vaccine must be valid through October 31, 2026 or a license cannot be issued. You can mail in your renewal or drop it off.

 Meter Inspections Resident Emergency Contact Form: Please review the meter inspection information and complete the Meter Inspection + Emergency Contact Form.

 IMPORTANT – The 30-day opt-out period for the new round of the Hunterdon Area Energy Cooperative (HAEC) GEA Program ended on 10/31/25.  Residents participating in the new round of the program with Constellation NewEnergy will be receiving a letter from JCP&L in the coming weeks confirming their enrollment with Constellation NewEnergy with their December 2025 meter reads.  If you have any questions or if you need any assistance, please contact Concord’s customer service team at 866-688-5197.

Flood Disclosure Announcement: NJ bill S3110/A4783, requires sellers of property and landlords to make certain notifications regarding flooding. Under the law, sellers of real property and landlords must disclose knowledge of a property’s history of flooding, flood risk, and location in a flood zone or area.
