Overview
The Finance Office manages the receipt of revenue and expenditure of appropriations as outlined in the municipal budget, assembled under the governing body’s direction. It ensures municipal purchases comply with the budget, the Borough’s policy, and state law.
The CFO maintains accounting records, cash receipts, disbursements, payroll, and the general ledger for all funds, and manages municipal accounts and investments.
