Dear Vendor:
Stockton Borough is seeking proposals to award a consulting engineering services
contract for the operation, maintenance and capital improvement program of both the
Borough’s water and sanitary sewer utilities. The Borough intends to utilize a “fair and
open” procurement process for this solicitation and award of this contract.
Respondents must have a minimum of 10 years experience in the area of operation and
maintaining both water and sanitary sewer utility systems. Respondents shall outline this
experience providing three examples where their firm employed similar services to those
requested herein. And respondents shall provide three professional references for their
experience in connection with operating and maintaining a water utility.
Standardized submission requirements and selection criteria are enclosed.
