Case Resolution

New Online Municipal Case Resolution – No Court Appearance Required!

Municipal Court now offers online ticket review to dispute certain moving violations through the Online Municipal Case Resolution System. If you review an eligible moving violation online, it is not necessary to make any court appearance. Simply visit njmcdirect.com and enter your ticket information to see if your offense is eligible, and select the option for Case Dispute.

Eligible traffic tickets will be reviewed by a prosecutor, and you will be notified of their recommendation via email.

Contact

Most Court Sessions will now be conducted virtually/remotely. Accordingly, all complainants, defendants, attorneys, and victims are to contact the Court Administrator via email or by phone. Provide your full name, e-mail address, and cell phone number so they may schedule you for a virtual court session.
