Dear Vendor:
Stockton Borough is seeking proposals for in-house consulting engineering services for the operation, maintenance and capital improvement program of both the Borough’s water and sanitary sewer utilities. The Borough intends to utilize a “fair and open” procurement process for this solicitation and award of this contract.
Respondents must have a minimum of 10 year’s experience in the area of operation and maintaining both water and sanitary sewer utility systems. Respondents shall outline this experience providing three examples where their firm employed requested services. And respondents shall provide three references for their experience in operating and maintaining a water utility.
